Our women's empowerment project is designed primarily to benefit women from migrant communities, who are the central focus of our intervention efforts. The majority of these women face significant economic challenges and express a strong desire to acquire practical skills that can lead to sustainable livelihoods. Through targeted skills training programs, we aim to equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve self-reliance and financial independence. This, in turn, enables them to better support their families, particularly by ensuring continued access to education for their children. By addressing both economic empowerment and educational support, our project not only uplifts individual women but also contributes to the long-term well-being and development of their entire communities.
